    What size should I choose?

    Each bust is available in 4 sizes — 8cm, 15cm, 20cm, and 25cm. Need help? Visit our Size Guide for photos and comparisons
    How long does it take to make my order?

    Each piece is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and hand-finishing before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
    Can I get a nameplate or display box?

    Yes! Display boxes are available for 8cm busts. Nameplates can be added to 15cm, 20cm, and 25cm busts.
    Do you offer custom breeds or colours?

    We currently offer over 40 breeds across five premium finishes, with new additions released almost daily. If your breed isn’t available yet, sign up to our emails to be the first to know when it is. Have a special request? Contact us — we may be able to help.
    How much does shipping cost?

    All busts are made to order and shipped from Brisbane, Australia within 3-7 days of receiving your order. Standard domestic shipping is $12.50 or free on orders over $100. Express shipping is available from $17.50.

    We also ship internationally — flat rate $35 AUD.
